Rule 14
Accreditation of foreign training
(1) For the purpose of recommending the recognition of river guide training received from abroad by the ministry, a committee with a maximum of three members representing organizations recognized by the Government of Nepal or licensed or licensed according to prevailing laws to provide river guide training. will constitute.
(2) The committee as per sub-rule (1) shall make a necessary inquiry and submit to the Ministry a recommendation as to whether such training can be recognized or not, and if the committee recommends a recognized practice, the Ministry may determine the equivalence and recognize such river guide training.
(3) The Ministry shall, from time to time, publish for the information of the general public the matters to be considered by the committee as per sub-rule (1) while making recommendations as per sub-rule (2).
(2) The committee as per sub-rule (1) shall make a necessary inquiry and submit to the Ministry a recommendation as to whether such training can be recognized or not, and if the committee recommends a recognized practice, the Ministry may determine the equivalence and recognize such river guide training.
